Prof. Ravi Parthasarathy

For more than thirty-five years, Prof. Ravi has transformed organizations through people. He led organizational development at Unilever, Technip, the Taj Group, Blue Star and Dr. Reddy's — and worked with Dr. Robert Kaplan and Dr. David Norton, the creators of the Balanced Scorecard, to bring the framework to Asia. He has advised boards, presented to the Judges of the Supreme Court of India, and developed thousands of managers into leaders across more than ten countries.

A certified Quality Improvement trainer and a life member of the National HRD Network, he is recognised as one of the early champions of the Balanced Scorecard and HR Scorecard in Asia.
